Signature And Initial Size Validation and Other Bug Fixes – January 15, 2022

[NEW] INITIALS AND SIGNATURES CAN BE CREATED FROM THE UPLOADED FILE

In the form of any document, you may now submit an image of your signature or initial. The maximum file size has been increased to 5 MB. When you submit a document for your signature or Initial, the first page of that document will be retrieved and shown as an image in your signature or Initial field.

[NEW] SIGNATURE AND INITIAL SIZE VALIDATION 

The maximum signature and initial image size have been increased to 5MB. If the image size exceeds 5MB during the upload when signing the document, an information box will appear with the message that the maximum file size cannot exceed 5MB.

[NEW] SEARCH BY RECIPIENT NAME IS IMPLEMENTED ON ALL THE PAGES FOR REGULAR SEARCH

You may search your Envelopes or Documents merely by the Recipient’s name to quickly locate the documents you’re looking for!

[UPDATE] CHECKMARKS ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN FOLDER BY STATUS LIST

The issue with the checkmarks not appearing for the folder by status dropdown under the documents tab. (Resolved)

[UPDATE] ADVANCED SEARCH FUNCTIONALITY NOT WORKING FOR A SPECIFIC GROUP OF DOCUMENTS

For “shared documents within departments,” the Advanced Search option was previously not working. (Resolved)

[UPDATE] THE PARTY SIGNATURE IS OVERLAPPED WITH THE UNDERLINE 

The party signature is overlapped with the underline when the user signs the envelope and runs it. (Resolved)
