New Features and Updates
1. New Sign and Initial Options
The following two choices have been added to the documents’ signature and initial fields to enhance usability.
- Change Sign or Initial
- Clear
While Change Sign or Initial allows recipients to change their signatures or initials immediately, the Clear option allows recipients to quickly remove their signatures or initials from the document.
2. New Options Added under the More Actions Menu
Previously, the top left corner of the document page was used to display options such as Home, Settings, and Logout. These options have now been moved under the More Actions tab, along with some new options Documents and Change Name, for streamlined functionality. This modification will appear on the web, mobile applications, and tablet view.
3. ToolTip added for Senders’ Name On the Document Page
For better visibility of the senders’ name, a tooltip has been added to the senders’ name on the documents page.
4. Revamped UI for the Billing page
The user interface of the Billing page has been redesigned for a cleaner, more streamlined appearance. It is now split into the following three sections:
Plan Details: This section contains all relevant user plan details, including the number of senders, documents, and templates. Users can also purchase SMS, 2FA, and KBA and request to change their current plan from the same menu.
Billing Details: Card details and the billing address can be added or updated under this menu.
Payments History: All past invoice details can be seen under this section. Users can also download their invoices.
