How To Switch The Sender In A Single User Account

Don’t log out during this entire process.

1. From Account User page under settings, update the current user to inactive.
2. Add a new user with Super Administrator access.
3. Also set the new user as the Account Owner from Settings > Accounts page.
4. Person will get email to set password at new email address. Once the email is received by the new user, you can log out of Foxit eSign.
