How to change the “From” name for eSignature
Person name during the trial signup populates the Account/Organization name and displays on the email. This name can be changed anytime.
How can I change the ‘From’ name on the email received for esignature?
In your account settings (Settings> Account Settings), please update the Account/Organization name from ‘Your Name’ to company name e.g. ‘ABC Company’.
Signer will see Account/Organization Name in the email and the actual email of the sender in ‘From’ within the body of the email as per screenshot.
