New Features and Updates
1. Introducing Multiple Formula Fields
Expanded Formula Field Dependency: Now create multiple formula fields that depend on the previous formula and text fields. For example, create Formula 1 = T1 + T2 and Formula 2 = Formula 1 + T3
2. Restrict Template Sharing Outside Organization
Introducing a new setting, “Restrict Template Sharing Outside Organization,” that will restrict all the users within the company from sharing the templates with any user outside the list of account users of the particular company. By default, the setting is set to “No,” but the Super Admin/Admin can change it, which will apply to all the account users.
3. Enhanced Security for Online Forms – Initiator Restricted to Own Signature
Added an option “Auto Populate Saved Signatures and Initials for Initiator” in the online form security setting to enable the signer to use the saved signatures and initials to sign the form.
4. Automatic Document Purging with Extended Retention Policy
If the Retention Policy is activated and the document’s retention period has lapsed, it is queued for purging. Subsequently, the document remains in the purge queue for 14 days before being permanently deleted.
