Recent feature updates have been implemented to further enable Foxit eSign users to dictate how documents look and how their recipients engage with them. With new available Hide Field Name for Recipients and Hide Checkbox Border options, users can further control data presented and the look of documents.
We value your feedback. If you have questions or something to share, please email us at: support@esigngenie.com.
For Documents and Templates, Hide Field Name for Recipients and Hide Checkbox Border options have been added to the More Actions tab as a document-wide setting.
Hide Functionality for Field Names
Feature: Hide Field Name for Recipients
The sender can make field names visible to recipients by enabling or disabling this feature. This option applies to all Data Entry fields and Advanced fields, with the exception of radio buttons, checkboxes, images, and hyperlinks within these fields.
Users may consider enabling the visibility of document field names if it’s felt that further guidance for data input will be helpful.
Hide functionality for Checkbox Border
Feature: Hide Checkbox Border
By enabling/disabling this feature, the checkbox’s border in the Executed documents can be hidden or shown for recipients.
Enable: To hide checkbox’s Border
Disable: To show checkbox’s Border
Note: The Document/Template tab under the Settings menu contains both options that can be enabled or disabled for all the documents or templates. These settings are disabled by default.
Testing and Validation Notes: As a part of our testing, the Foxit eSign Quality Assurance team certified all compliance checks applicable including ESIGN, HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11.
