Images issue can occur on one of the pages or signature fonts selection page. Please follow the steps indicated below to resolve the problem in internet explorer browser:
Please change IE settings (internet options) to allow font download.

Click on “Settings” icon on the browser and select “Internet Options”.

Click on Security tab.

Click on “Custom Level” option.

Enable the “File Download” and “Font Download”.

Save the settings.
